Custom order policies:
- Full payment is expected at the time of order for any item except wedding cakes. For wedding cakes, a deposit will be required at the time of ordering and the balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. Please contact info@siftedsugar.net for a consultation.
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Changes cannot be made 72 hours prior to delivery of custom orders.
- Our products are prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and other food items that may produce food allergies.
- For custom designs, your cake will be baked and designed to the best of our ability based on previously discussed and agreed-upon design.
- If you choose to pick up a product, you are accepting it as an approved product and will assume all responsibility for it's safe transportation and storage. Sifted Sugar is not responsible for any damages to the product once it has been safely delivered and set up and you have signed a release form accepting the product. Should you experience a problem, please contact 803-431-6749 immediately, during regular business hours, and we will do everything possible to assist in repairing the product. However, there will be no refund and, if travel is involved to repair the product, there may be additional mileage charges.
Refund Policy:
It is our hope and expectation that you will be delighted with your product. If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please notify us immediately and every measure will be taken to ensure your satisfaction. If you must cancel an order, 72 hours notice must be given for a full refund. Beyond that, no refunds can be given.
